Design was requested to speak at the Eastern Panhandle Home Builders
Association Breakfast Meeting on Friday, July 21, 2006. Ms. Morningstar
presented a multimedia presentation titled "How to Have Effective
Advertising that Pays for Itself". The Eastern Panhandle
Home Builders Association is an association of over 300 local
builders, contractors, and suppliers in the West Virginia region
related to the home building industry. The association works to
improve the quality of life in Berkeley, Jefferson and Morgan
Counties through the promotion of economic growth, responsible
land development, quality construction practices and reasonable
regulations.
